My idea is to create an online retail application that includes all home businesses in Oman on one platform. Consumers buy goods directly from a seller through an application that will be categorized, transactions happen through the application, and a home delivery option. It will be the first Omani retailer application (like Amazon/iherb) but only for home businesses in Oman.  

The application will be categorized into different sections including food, clothes, electronics, stationary, makeup, and more. For example, if a  consumer would like to buy an abaya, she will write in a search button “abaya” and all the retailers that sell an abaya their accounts will appear and the consumer could go through all the accounts and add the abaya she likes to cart. The second step would be adding the size needed for the abaya, and the third step is delivery “A delivery company will be responsible for all delivers” just by adding the correct home address and contact number (The delivery will be limited to Oman). Finally, the transaction happens through the application using a credit card. For any issue with an item a customer service chat will be available in the application to be able to contact the retailer. Not only that, but comments could be added to the business accounts so that the retailer and other consumers are aware of the business.

This application should make the interaction between buyers and sellers easy and trade with each other without much hassle or difficulties. This application targets only home businesses retailers in Oman so it will be free of cost to join.
