Speedemploy is an app designed to help job-seekers. Our app will be merged with Ministry Of Labour (MOL). Our company profits will be covered within the registered private companies and MOL. Nowadays, many companies use software’s and websites to assess them in recruiting such as Talent Acquisition. Those software’s/ websites take long time in recruiting process. Recruiting and choosing the best candidate for the job can be time consuming and require effort, time and resources. Also, they have difficulty to find the best candidate. A Company xxx is looking for one accountant that can work as a part time and work 5 days a week and between 5-9 pm for a period of 1 month. The company xxx will send this job qualification to our app. Speedemploy will search for all registered candidate with qualification of an accountant. Those candidates will be further contacted to enroll themselves in the application given. Our app system will make a double check for all the enrolled candidates whether they are fit or no. Further, all the selected candidate will go through an MCQ assessment with the same date and time. Once a candidate finishes the exam the system will inform them with their scores and if they passed or failed. The passed candidate will be contacted for an interview with a given date and time. Once all interview is done, we choose the best candidate we felt is eligible for the job. That candidate will be contacted to inform him/her for their selection and they will start the job as soon as possible. This will allow job seekers be active and can get unstable financial income that they can benefit from it.
